INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Use with the Claasens hand biltong slicers to gather your sliced biltong. Biltong lovers can also use it as s serving dish.

Wash in warm soapy water.

Received great quality extra dish

I purchased a Hand Biltong Slicer Pro and the dish to catch the shaved biltong - I received the extra dish only to find out that one dish is already included. I see it now hiding away on the left side - I assumed incorrectly that Claasens was showing where the dish went. I have asked that more views are shown - the extra dish added more to the bottom line and more to the shipping costs. But super pleased with my purchase. The shipping could not have been better - I was in CT looking for a slicer locally - none available- called Claasen - Gerda van Zyl went above and beyond to receive the order one day and also get it shipped out with a courier the next - this was their last business day before their Christmas break - received the items (2 cutters and 2 extra plates) in plenty of time before our flight back to the USA - we also got a VAT invcoice and were able to claim the VAT back - Gerda did a great job and even left her cell# in case of any issues after they closed - 5 stars to Gerda - thank you you are an asset to your company. Give her a raise LOL
