PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The alu-chunk slicer is ideal for dry venison biltong. The cast aluminium product is robust and the hardened blade can be sharpened. With good leverage action and slice thickness that can be controlled, this product is a winner!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Place the biltong on the alu-chunk slicer and press down the handle. Control the thickness of the slices. Ideal for dry biltong like venison. The bottom blade assist to provide good cutting.

Hand wash with soap and warm water and store in a clean, dry place.

After prolonged use, the blade can be sharpened or replaced.

Awesome biltong cutter

This biltong cutter does not take second place to any other cutter on the market. Exactly what I was looking for and easy to use. Do not let the name fool you as it can slice biltong as thin as you need it too.
