INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Prep:
• Use freshly ground mince and shape into a ball of desired weight or volume.
• Place the meat on a clean surface or on a patty divider sheet (sold separately).
2. Press:
• Lower the patty former over the meat.
• Apply downward pressure—the firmer the press, the firmer the patty.
3. Stack (Optional):
• Place another patty divider on top if you plan to stack and freeze your patties.
4. Clean:
• Wash with warm soapy water after use.
• Dry thoroughly. No ongoing maintenance required.
