INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Wash the jaffle maker in warm soapy water before first use.  After use it can be washed by hand.

Prepare your favourite jaffles and "cook" them with this handy tool:

  • Use spraying cook or butter first inside the jaffle maker
  • Smear butter on the outside of the bread slices before putting it in the jaffle maker
  • Use ready cooked mince meat and two slices of bread with onion or other spices to your taste inside and bake  your favourite jaffle on a flame

Clean the jaffle maker after use.

Jaffle maker

A The supplied item is not the same as advertised. The supplied handles are not round, resulting in an uncomfortable grip. The handles also differ slightly in length.
B The thickness is good but thicker would be better.
C Turning around to heat the bottom results in retention spring disengaging. I propose making the one handle much longer which will then serve as the "turning" handle.
D The cooking side sticks to the bread. I am currently "seasoning" the inside (similarly to cast iron). A non stick coating on the cooking side would be VERY good.
E In short, I am happy but would be happier with improvements.
F Ultimately I would love this in cast iron!!!
