INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  1. Mount: Secure the slicer to any suitable table top (max 45mm thick) using the built-in clamp.
  2. Adjust: Turn the thickness control knob to set your preferred slice width (1–9mm).
  3. Slice: Place the biltong with the fat/sinew side against the blade and rotate the handle.
  4. Collect: Use the included bakkie below the slicer to catch your freshly cut pieces.
  5. Clean: Hand wash with warm soapy water or wipe clean. Dry thoroughly before storage.
  6. Maintain: Blade can be resharpened after prolonged use for peak performance.
