INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Mount: Attach the slicer to a sturdy tabletop (max 45mm thickness).
2. Adjust: Use the knob to set slice thickness between 2mm and 9mm.
3. Slice: Position your biltong at the blade edge and turn the handle to cut.
4. Collect: Fit a bowl or optional biltong bakkie below to catch slices.
5. Clean: Wash with warm soapy water or wipe with a damp cloth. Dry before storing.
