INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Mounting Options:
• Directly onto a table top
• With the optional table clamp
• On a specially designed wall or floor stand
2. Operation:
• Switch on the machine
• Feed the biltong through the patented mouthpiece
• Use the feeder to push the last portion safely through
• Rotate the biltong slightly as you feed to cut through sinew or fat

⚠️ Do not touch the inside of the outlet—blade is extremely sharp

3. Cleaning Instructions:
• Unplug the slicer from the power supply
• Remove the front cover by unscrewing the wing nuts
• Clean the blade, wheel, and inside surfaces with a damp cloth or brush
• Wash the feeder with warm, soapy water
• Reattach the front cover securely after cleaning

🔧 Maintenance: All slicers blades are resharpenable and replaceable.
