INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Mount the slicer using one of the following:
• Directly on a tabletop
• Using the optional table clamp
• On a specially designed wall or floor stand
2. Operation:
• Switch on the machine
• Feed the biltong through the patented mouthpiece
• Use the feeder to push the last portion safely through
• Rotate the biltong slightly as you feed to cut through sinew or fat

🔒 Safety Note: Do not place fingers or objects into the outlet. The blade is extremely sharp and can cause serious injury.

3. Rotate biltong while feeding to slice through any sinew or fatty sections effectively.
4. Clean:
• Unplug the machine before cleaning
• Remove the front cover by unscrewing wing nuts
• Clean the wheel, blade area, and cover with a damp cloth or brush
• Wash the feeder with warm soapy water
• Reassemble and store in a clean, dry place

🔧 Maintenance: All slicer blades are resharpenable and replaceable.
