INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Position: Place your dry biltong chunk on the slicer’s platform.
2. Slice: Press down firmly on the handle to cut. Adjust your pressure to control slice thickness.
3. Assist blade: The bottom blade helps guide and complete the cut smoothly.
4. Clean: Hand wash with warm soapy water. Dry and store in a clean, dry place.
5. Sharpen/Replace: After prolonged use, the blade can be sharpened or replaced.
