This sausage filler comes with an original patent and is made of high-quality materials, including an epoxy-coated body and an aluminum barrel. It can hold up to 2.8 liters or 2.8 kg of meat, making it perfect for private use.
This sausage filler has an easy leverage action, which makes filling your sausage casings a breeze. It comes with a coupling for standard filling pipes. Two filling pipes are included so you can get started right away.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
With the Claasens Sausage Filler it is easy to make your own boerewors!
Mount the sausage filler to a table top. Put the lever in place; hook the swivel pin into position. Lift the plunger and swing backwards before filling the cylinder with meat. Place the plunger in position and use the lever to press the meat through the cylinder. To retract the plunger, hook the swivel pin into position and pull the rack upwards.
Pull out the split pin on the piston to loosen for cleaning. Hand wash with soap and warm water.
Store in a clean, dry place.
