INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
With the Claasens Sausage Filler it is easy to make your own boerewors!
Mount the sausage filler to a table top. Put the lever in place; hook the swivel pin into position. Lift the plunger and swing backwards before filling the cylinder with meat. Place the plunger in position and use the lever to press the meat through the cylinder.
Pull out the split pin on the piston to loosen for cleaning. Hand wash with soap and warm water.
Store in a clean, dry place.
